  Disproportionately long waiting times. An impertinence for children! However, the doctors and nurses during the treatment were nice and seemed competent.

  Due to a fever of around 41 degrees over three days, we were in the children's outpatient clinic twice. On the first day we “only” sat for 1.5 hours. I find that justifiable. My son was watched and listened to. Suspicion of a viral infection (but the fever was unusually high and his general condition was very, very poor). If it didn't get better overnight, we were advised to go back. Since it kept getting worse, we went to the outpatient clinic on Sunday. We had to wait over three hours. The child was miserable. Chills, fever well over 40 degrees. But only then was a test for bacteria carried out, which was immediately positive. I'm seething inside. If this simple rapid test had been done the day before and appropriate medication had been prescribed, we could certainly have saved ourselves the third night of feverish delirium. The doctors were all trying hard. But the statutory health insurance service should be ashamed. One doctor for all children in a city of 250,000. This is just terrible and sad!

  My daughter has a fever and stomach pain today. Since our pediatrician doesn't work, we had to come here. The reception was so unfriendly. Afterwards we have been waiting for almost 3 hours and still can't get it. No wonder the reviews here are so below average!!

  Otopic waiting times in the children's outpatient clinic, one doctor for all children, no matter how sick they are. Savings on children's backs, economic efficiency comes first here and not the patient.

  You are sent away even though my daughter has acute problems with her heart and is terribly afraid when her heart stumbles! Absolutely jaded. We were advised to go to the children's outpatient clinic instead of making an appointment (which was still a long time away). It should be ruled out that the heart muscle has become inflamed, she had Corona about 2 weeks ago and now these symptoms started. She plucked up the courage to go there, but one person took her courage away. We will never go to this ambulance again!!! I'm really disappointed and distraught about statements like, well, they'll come back when it's the same again with the heart and can they measure the pulse, is it still possible? Her pulse was measured (by her pediatrician). We didn't come there for fun...
