::An excellent practice - a great team - a dentist with knowledge, experience and empathy! I actually drive 200km to see Mr. Baltzer's practice because I am a patient with anxiety and discovered him during a long stay with my mother. She visited the practice when it was still run by Baltzer Senior and was always very satisfied. What I appreciate about Mr. Baltzer is that he not only has in-depth knowledge, but can also pass it on to the patient in an excellent and understandable way. This helps me to get my anxiety under control and I feel understood and well cared for. The ideology of meeting the patient where they are emotionally and dentally is lived by the entire practice team. Nothing has to - everything can! I feel accepted as a patient - even in difficult situations - and so far we have always found a solution through dialogue. Thanks to Mr. Baltzer and his practice team.
