::I have been a patient of Doctor Mansouri for more than 5 years and can only recommend everyone to use his services. Even in difficult cases like mine, he was able to help with calm, patience and a lot of expertise to get everything back in order. As is unfortunately often the case with difficult cases, it is sometimes a bit painful, but the work is always done so thoroughly that you get more out of it in the long run. He explains and explains the topics so well that even a layperson can understand what the problem is and what the steps are to get to a good result. Furthermore, the team is very committed and super friendly! Location: Is easy to reach by public transport and there is also a parking garage nearby by car. I can recommend it without reservation.

I was an emergency pain patient for a weekend after another dentist turned me away on Monday morning with the words: "We are full and you are not a patient of ours" Sorry, but he probably missed his job. My daughter offered to see Dr. for me. Mansouri to ask because she is a patient there and is very satisfied. After a short phone call, I had an appointment just 2 hours later. I was told that I would have to expect a waiting time, but that's normal, right? When it was my turn after 35 minutes, I first thought that I had been mixed up, but I really did get my turn with the severe pain. Miss Dr. Mansouri apologized for the wait and I thought I was dreaming again. For most others, 35 minutes is the minimum waiting time for an appointment. I could have hugged the woman. I had an infected abscess and she couldn't extract the dead tooth like that. She cut the problem open and I was told to take an antibiotic immediately, which she prescribed and the tooth was to be extracted at 11 a.m. the next day. The night before was much more bearable thanks to the cut and the tooth extraction was almost like a child's birthday. This woman is a brutally good doctor who not only took away my pain, but also my fear. She makes you feel like you are taken seriously as a patient and you feel that it is her passion. Please stay that way and help others as warmly and competently as possible. A clear 6 star recommendation

::Last April (2022) I had surgery at Mansouri for root canal therapy during my year-long research period at the University of Aachen. After a very painful operation, I had numbness in my lips, which is still there after more than a year (i.e. July 2023). I think this practice is much more profit-oriented and therapies are suggested that are unnecessary and only make money for the practice. My ope also went very wrong and didn't help and the tooth even had to be extracted. After Ope I was told that this numbness was normal and would go back to normal after a while. After more than a year like I said, the numbness didn't go away. They're still there and I don't know when they'll be gone. Because I had this experience in this practice, I wanted to let you know.
