::Unfortunately, we as a family have to strongly advise against this practice. I can give several reasons for this: 1.) We were sent an invoice for a practice cancellation fee of € 112.50, as a one-time tooth cleaning was missed. The time was immediately estimated at 1.5 hours, which explains the high cancellation fee. We have only been there for half a year and would have expected more goodwill than customers. It was pointed out that we had already canceled appointments at short notice beforehand. Yes, the day before, as our child was always sick. I wouldn't have seen this as short-term. 2.) Our little son (3 years) was there with a toothache and wasn't even looked at properly (a few minutes). Apparently young children do not bring in enough money. Instead, teeth cleaning takes 1.5 hours, especially if you can also charge for it in the event of failure. 3.) At my first appointment, I felt like a car at the TÜV, where I was then presented with everything that needed to be repaired. I have never seen anything less empathetic at a dentist. It wasn't really a consultation where the patient's opinion was heard, but rather an announcement about things that had to be done. If the first impression that the professional-looking machinery leaves in the practice is positive, I have to come to the conclusion that this practice is less about the patient than about the money that can be earned with them. We will be disappointed and look for a new dentist. Update: I would like to mention here that the practice will take legal action against all negative reviews. We recently received a letter from Google to comment on this, otherwise the rating will be deleted. We will be very happy to submit any evidence so that the readers don't only get positive things to read here. It is interesting that they even deny that we were patients and that they simply take general action against all negative reviews. This gives the impression that no negative reviews are desired in practice. Is the same level applied to the positive reviews and is this questioned?

::I can only recommend great and competent dentists and staff for extreme cases as I am. It is well advised and very empathetic. I've never enjoyed going to the dentist as much as I do now. The absolute highlight for me are the syringes no longer circulatory problems and I always had them. My bite compensation is also awesome. Many thanks to Ms. Dr. Kamm, Mr. Dr. Foster and all of the staff.

::I recently became a patient in the practice of Dr. Comb. The very nice and competent practice team should be emphasized! I felt that I was in very good hands and always experience short waiting times for appointments, as well as attractive facilities and modern equipment in the practice. The recently performed teeth cleaning was not only well prepared, but I was also given very competent advice and the treatment went smoothly.
