  The dentist and crew only deserve one star. Even a five-minute delay is punished with shouting and appointment cancellations. Although the doctor appears to be technically competent, he missed an obvious jaw problem. A temporary filling was done without explanation or further appointment, which resulted in the tooth being completely broken after five months and unable to be saved. In addition, even simply saying hello leads to deductions on the health insurance card.

  I've been there since 2004. The only practice where I actually look forward to an appointment. The team and especially Dr. Günter Leugner is competent and humorous. Late appointments one day a week wouldn't be bad, because I'm from Düsseldorf.

  We, the whole family, have been patients in this practice for years and are very satisfied. From the appointment to the treatment, it's basically unproblematic. Once an appointment wasn't entered, we stood there, no one knew that we had an appointment, but even then we received satisfactory help, everyone makes mistakes sometimes. The ladies at the registration desk are friendly, the doctors are very nice and patient, and above all, the whole team is sensitive to children. We like to stay here. Keep it up.

  I have been visiting Dr. Leugner's office for the last 1 ½ years, and have had excellent results. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the wait times for check-ups have always been very brief. As an American ex-pat living in Bochum, Dr. Leugner always explains all procedures to me in English, and his staff is very helpful in translating anything I do not understand—including how dental insurance works in Germany. Many years ago I broke a my front tooth in a track and field accident. It became infected and needed to be removed several months after I arrived in Germany. While replacing a tooth, and especially a front tooth, is a major undertaking, Dr. Leugner guided me through my options for my tooth replacement. I decided to go with an implant and have had spectacular results. He put great effort in to monitoring the healing process and then finding a perfect fit for the new crown in both shape and color. My teeth have never looked better. My wife and I, as well as a visiting friend in need of a root canal, have had great results with Dr. Leugner and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for dental expertise.
