  Poor customer service. The staff is unfriendly and clearly not happy to be there.

  I have been here couple of times including this morning and what I am always feeling about is Most of employees are not only unfriendly (which is kind of normal for Berlin) but also unpleasant, rude, annoyed. Why??? Why don’t they look for another job they can enjoy more? Too lazy? Or still enjoying chat with your colleagues and having coffee during your working hours? That is why mostly this branch is empty. I won’t leave it like this if I were the manager or owner of denn’s.

  Quality selections of produce, fruits, vegetables and, bakery items - such as the Laugen Butter & Bamberger Croissants - can be located at this denn’s Biomarkt.

  Really clean and nice supermarket. The selection of products is good and the overall experience is really nice! Staff is friendly. Only wished the prices were a bit more friendly and that the system to get points for regular members was easier.
