::I became aware of this practice because it also specialized in anxiety patients. I myself am very afraid of the dentist and came there for the first appointment with a racing heart, a sweat and a few tears. Both the doctor and her assistant were super nice at the first appointment and calmly explained what they wanted to do. Today I was there to clean my teeth / remove tartar. Wad should I say, the prophylaxis assistant is also super nice, very empathetic and also responded when I said it hurts. Can really recommend this practice to anyone who is afraid!

::For years my son was a patient in the Smile4Kids dental practice and everything was fine until he got a brace and the treatment was to be continued in the Denecke adult practice. Nothing worked from then on. This practice is definitely not to be recommended and not at all for children or adolescents. 0 points.

::Regardless of the strange behaviors other people have reviewed here, I'll share my experience with the treatment. I have had fixed braces treatment in this clinic for three years. At first I didn't understand the strategies of the doctors whose ultimate concern is the patient. My teeth were a bit okay, but I wanted better and nicer teeth, but unfortunately I was disappointed. After three years of treatment (10 quarters planned!), From the cost plan, which is approx. 5,000 €, "which I also find nice bar of money compared to other orthodontists", I paid approx. 4,340 €, the result was unsatisfactory and I did I am completely dissatisfied with this result. The orthodontist did not care about this matter and, she only has one solution, which she has already "tried" and the teeth have not responded to, or was simply told "If you are dissatisfied, you can change orthodontist", me know I can do that, but what did I pay the huge amount for ?! The new orthodontist also had other problems that I hadn't noticed before. Now I have to start the treatment again to get my teeth corrected and again I have to pay a lot of money. I will finish my assessment here and the rest of the matter will be brought to the appropriate authorities. I advise everyone to go to this practice to correct their teeth!
