  Due to Corona, I got advice by phone today. Then I went there and was able to choose from the alternatives provided and also bought 2 pants. It was professional and very personable advice. Thank you and hold on.

  I cannot recommend this shop because I bought a jacket there for 260 € and it had frayed spots everywhere after just 2 weeks. Then I wanted to exchange or return the jacket. Shouldn't be a problem because if my goods are damaged, I can bring them back to other shops within 30 days. But I wouldn't have thought what happened to me on the spot. The seller said to me “the goods are worn, we cannot sell them” when I explained that the jacket shouldn't look like this after 2 weeks. For the price, the seller said “yes, but the jacket is worn” ..... that of course I'm wearing the jacket but he just didn't want to exchange it and after a discussion he said “I can give you € 39.99 discount” ... I explained to him that it didn't change the condition of the jacket and it followed a blunt "yes". I've never had anything like it! So this shop is only your friend when you buy something, as soon as it comes to defects you are only the enemy .... sad for such a shop

  Very nice saleswoman !! He tried so hard to find a suitable winter jacket for my sick husband. Very understanding, even if it wasn't easy. I have had such a good experience buying trousers at Sinn. 👍👍
