  Can only report good things. Ordered online, informed in detail about the processing status by email. Not even 5 days later the dishes were there. Super and lavishly packaged. Everything was great!

  Hello so in my eyes not even a star, I bought a bathing island on Friday August 7th for 250 euros, also paid immediately with real-time transfer. I received an email today on 08/10/20 that it is no longer available if I would prefer something else. I checked again on Saturday and it was already sold out, entered a new search online today and you can see prices from 500 to 800 euros on other platforms. So in short, never again, I'll buy it again online here.

  Venezia Lux porch swing ordered. At first I was skeptical about the reviews, but nowhere else was there a porch swing up to 400 kg and a mosquito net (especially not at this price and I've looked at a lot, in stores and online). So ordered. And after 7 days the porch swing arrived safely with a shipping company, was safely unloaded with an industrial pallet and was perfectly packed. The setup works perfectly for two, we did it in 2-3 hours and I'm thrilled. Super comfortable, stable, everything is great. I won't give this swing anymore.

  Untrustworthy. NEVER ORDER! Update: everything still worked out afterwards after I hadn't heard anything for days. Great product, takes a little longer than elsewhere, but still works. One drawback: hardly reachable by phone or email, but otherwise great. Take back my 1 star :)
