  Terrible last experience, the girl who cut my hair was clearly an assistant or still learning to cut, she was just playing with the machine ans scissors, after that they charged 45 euro for a terrible work that i could have done myself. After almost a week I still find spots where is longer and not even. The worst part is that two hair dressers were there and let her do that, clearly they just focus in making money and not the customers. Terrible will never go there again.

  Very nice team, professional haircuts and good downtown location on the top floor of the Mall of Berlin.

  No welcoming behaviour. After all when they finally show that they see you there, it is hard to have their full attention. With the music as loud as in Berghain, it is compeletly hard to make a conversation or make sure they have understood what you want. That is why they put color number 3 instead of 6 on my head! the reaction: ok, lets wash it . No "I am sorry" there, forget about hearing it! Not trustworthy at all! I left after all without getting new color and never will go back there again. and my upcoming holiday: with no fresh haircolor, thanks to their disrespectful behaviour!

  I booked my first appointment online for a haircut with Shu Shu. She's certainly one of the best hair stylists I dealt with in Berlin. She's very professional, creative and has such a great experience. She listened to me and suggested a modern haircut that better fits my face. I was a bit nervous as Shu Shu suggested a very short cut to my shoulder length hair. At the end, I left the place with a big smile on my face and random people on the street complimented my hair. I will return again, certainly with Shu Shu.
