::Nice hotel in a convenient location. A quiet, ecologically clean area of the city, only 25 minutes on foot to the center, 10 minutes by tram. The noise from the road and tram is insignificant and normal for an urban environment. There is a Lidl store across the street from the hotel, and a tram stop is a five-minute walk away. I booked the most inexpensive room for one night and liked everything. The staff is friendly, very well received. The room service and cleanliness are good. There is not much volume for two in the room, but it is enough. There is also a mini fridge, wine glasses and glasses. There is no kettle, but that's not a problem. It was quiet, I slept well. Breakfast is included, it was delicious and varied. Parking is available free of charge on the sidewalk of the road near the hotel. But there is also a closed parking lot inside the building for 10 euros. The next time I visit Frankfurt am Main, I will choose this hotel again. And I will definitely recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

::The rooms are small but clean and have everything one would need. The staff are very helpful. And the free breakfast is the best of the best!

::Wow, this is such a great room. We had a huge room with a couch and a big bathroom (loved the bathroom!), and comfy beds. The people at the reception were so kind. When we asked whether I could have a lunch package because I won't make breakfast due to an early check out, they said "fret not". There is a tram stop right around the corner and a lidl across. Can't recommend it more.

::Stayed here early December, 2023. Booked for location and sauna. Location was great. When I asked where the sauna was located I was told by the front desk clerk that it wasn't working; no apologies or explanation. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, but staff unable to handle busy time, so tables not cleared promptly and food items not restocked promptly either. The room was nice, but it had the coldest showers I've EVER had in a hotel. Also when brought up to front desk, no apologies or explanation. With the frigid temps in DE, the sauna or at least a hot shower is what we wanted, but, no on both counts. IMHO, nice hotel, but NOT A 4 STAR.

::Good convenient location, close to S bahn station, but in a neighbourhood which feels very safe and quiet. Breakfast with a good selection considering European standard. Service is alright.
