  We had a training in this hotel which looks very nice and clean. They offer a very delicious buffet in the lunch time with reasonable prices. Two of colleagues have also stayed here and the loves it. Its location is amazing and very near to he city and metro stations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hamburg and I am sure everyone will love it

  Nice hotel and within a stone's throw of the lake where one can walk around. Its a 8km circuit but a really nice one on a good day.

  Check-in is a delight the reception staff have good knowledge and will help you to the highest degree (perfect English) The room décor is excellent in my view but I like real furniture made of wood I was upgraded to the fourth-floor club room - this is a large room with a queen bed the bathroom was very well equipped I visited the bar and was served very quickly by the staff you are given a complimentary glass of nuts I ordered the Plaza burger (see photo) this was cooked to my liking and was served hot and timely The breakfast was extra €18 if you book in advance €26 if you don’t This experience was excellent, 8 types of cereals 3 different types of honey and even more marmalade and jam (no small jars here) The bread is how you would expect – Coffee from the machine and the multiple types of tea is also excellent The hot breakfast is also very good, you have a chef at your disposal so you can have an omelette filled to your liking or fried eggs whatever Excellent sausage and meatballs the scrambled egg is a delight just like you get at home Overall an excellent standard of hotel

  Perfect stay! Great location and environment. Close to the Greater Alster and St Georg are where you'll find some nice restaurants. Staffs are superb! Our room was nice and spacious but not perfect hence I'm only giving 4 stars overall rating. The rubbish bin in our toilet were broken, dusts in the remote TV and the toilet bowl had stains.
