  This is by far the best led CrossFit gym I've ever visited. The head coaches, Alex and Emu, are extremely experienced, talented, and passionate about their Crossfit community and programming. The day after I landed here in Germany I visited in a Saturday morning. Generally, Saturday morning Crossfit classes are all cardio and somewhat simplistic. However, this Saturday morning was the toughest Saturday Crossfit class I've ever attended and it was stellar. So I signed up for an unlimited membership from then on. The people at this gym are beyond impeccable and the most warm-welcoming athletes you'll ever meet. I'd recommend this gym to anyone, any day.

Whether you’ve been working-out your whole life, or just getting into fitness for the first time, the coaches adapt the workouts to meet your individual needs and skill levels. In addition to the great staff, the members are just as welcoming and fun to be around, and you don’t feel intimidated by anyone, as everyone is competitive but down-to-Earth at the same time. If you’re looking to challenge yourself and have fun in a supportive environment, CrossFit Wiesbaden is the place to be.
