::I can only recommend everyone to stay away from this bank, for the past 5 days I've been getting a call every day and apparently it doesn't end either. Even the staff's apologies are no longer worth a cent to me. Because it just goes on happily. Unbelievable what this "bank" is pulling off and the extremely high interest rates are just a joke.

::I was on hold for over 25 minutes. Then I wrote an email and got an answer straight away. Likewise a direct callback. The lady on the phone was very friendly and dealt with all of my concerns immediately. Hence a correction from 1 to 4 stars. You rarely get an apology from a company these days, so thank you. The financing itself was uncomplicated and went flawlessly. Gladly again.

::I can fully understand and empathize with all the negative reviews here! Called 100 times, on hold and whack off the line. You finally want to pay your legacy burdens in full (with outrageous interest rates) but you just won't allow it Logically, the bank lives off the interest. Incredible!!!! Now I'm going to take a lawyer.

So applied for a new one. Came in the mail ... It cost € 2. I can't enter that either. Blocked account. Now I can order one more ... Another € 2 for nothing ... Or call. The computer is given the account number, date of birth, place of residence and reason, and then it hears "we cannot take your call due to heavy workload". Again and again. The wrong request? ::If I can give zero or negative stars, I would like to give like that to Consors finanz. Worst custemer service and also betraying people. In saturn or mediamarket or at some other places, these people will be ready to give you credit within 2 mins. Don't trust their words when they say 0% interest. They will charge you more in terms of insurence and interest later. We got a credit from them for 1000 euros and now we have paid more than 1400 and we are still paying. They will never send any information via post or something. We have calculated everything and trying to contact them properly since three weeks.But no use. So please do not go for this finance when they say 0% interest. Just go with other or buy the thing when you have money.
