  It took nearly 2 months filled with repeated fruitless inquiries at the bank's telephone hotline that did nothing except telling me to keep waiting, to open my bank account by this Filial. And, as it turned out, it was due to whoever was in charge of it, has just ignored my application after it was sent for them to sign and complete for around a month, which I only learned thanks to the inquiry of CB's FB social media team. And, as if I hadn't waited long enough, spending my savings while not being able to get a job without having a bank account, the Filial personel kept sending me off for another week or so, having me write and call several other of their managers until I have finally been admitted to a meeting to put the final signature under the application, not hearing a word of apology for my stress and waste of my time. Also, I don't believe that in an event of the bank's devices failure it is very appropriate nor practical of a bank employee to just stand in the entrance and hold the door from the inside, chasing customers away, rather than simply write a notice informing of the nature of the problem and just hang it on the door.
