::It's nice station in center of the city. You can see the Dome and the bridge after a minute
Kharuna Ramrukheea
::Huge train station with staff onsite. Here you can catch the train, the sbahn and the tram. If you need to kill some time you can go to the Dom which is right next to it. Inside the building there are plenty of fast food restaurants so you can catch a quick bite. There is a storage system so you can lock your suitcase if you want to go for a visit around the city. Maje sure you have cash handy. There are quite a few ticket machines, atm machines and restrooms. There are staff usually on the platforms and if not there is the information desk.

::Super stupid. They charge for the restroom. If they’re doing this in Germany or the entire Europe, that means they are just extremely stupid. Filthy restroom with stranger knocking on the door. Never come again.
Michael Azad
::A larger connecting station which is decently clean but has a refreshing variety of shops. Its close proximity to the Cologne cathedral is convenient and great.

::The automatic luggage deposit service inside the station is wonderful. But make sure to prepare coins or at least 5 EUR or 10 EUR banknote for using this service or the toilet inside. We just arrived from abroad and did not have enough changes with us, the automatic change machine accept only 5 EUR or 10 EUR but we have only 100 EUR banknote at that time. A lot of restaurants and shops inside, you can get almost everything there.
