  Our son (2 years old) has now had surgery there for the second time (tympanostomy tube). We can really only speak highly of this clinic. The organization itself works smoothly; due to the distance to Cologne, we were able to hold the anesthesia discussion digitally. The staff in the operating room and recovery room are incredibly empathetic. As a parent, you place your very small child in the hands of people who see the whole picture. Everything is handled so calmly and friendly, the nurse picks you up calmly, the anesthetist (“Uncle Tom” :-) speaks emphatically to the children and parents, you can accompany the child into the anesthesia and say goodbye in peace and is never left alone with his feelings and fears as a parent. In the recovery room, our son had all the time in the world to sleep off in peace, even though he was there for almost four hours. Nobody pushes you and every now and then a nurse, the anesthetist, the surgeon comes and personally checks on the child. You are also calmly prepared for the sight of your intubated child. Dr. Betten (ENT) as a surgeon is an absolute diamond, both professionally and personally. We are grateful every day to have this doctor for our children. We are simply thrilled and would recommend this house to all parents who are about to have such an operation with their children, the people there are simply fantastic!! Thanks!
