::If the deliverer is not able to assign five letters to three different recipients and all letters end up in one box, this postal service cannot be recommended. In principle, three out of five letters were not delivered. Unfortunately you have to give a star here, but I would give zero. Personally, I will never send mail with this service; Deutsche Post is still number one for me.

::Minus 10 stars the delivery guys very rarely carry out when you get a letter where you have to adhere to deadlines, you have drawn the A card, you complain, you get an answer, you complain, but they don't fire me anyway because they don't have any people. I don't understand how offices and tall people send letters with such an unreliable post just to save a few cents. Other people get into trouble just because the delivery girl delivers once a week if you're lucky.

::Unfriendly employees, think that they have to give local residents a lesson in traffic education, and they themselves stand in the middle of the intersection. If you are unable to drive a motor vehicle, you should leave it behind. Concerns a delivery woman in Zwickau Marienthal. Otherwise, I can only agree to the stated transit times for letters.

::ZERO STARS - MINUS is not possible - my impression ... totally overwhelmed and authorities and health insurances would have to be forbidden to send mail via City-Post (via dhl it works too) -in spite of relocation information by email with a new delivery address and after it didn't work by phone and writing down the new delivery address by a City-Post employee ... names are obviously wrongly assigned and every extra post from the health insurance company and tax office goes to the wrong people at the wrong address in the wrong place .... Trouble is inevitable
