::Letter from unknown recipients in the mailbox. Neither the name, nor the city, nor the street were correct! The only thing that was identical was the house number! Then we got the letter to the recipient ourselves, thought it was important. You can't reach anyone at Citypost!

::We can't complain. Should something go wrong, which up to now (since 2013) can be counted on one hand, a good solution has always been found.

::Unfortunately, we have to disagree with the previous speakers. In 4 years we have sent around 3000 standard letters and around 8000 Infopost items. So far, every shipment has reached our customers the next day or the day after. We were always kindly advised with telephone inquiries regarding the scheduling of Infopost. We don't write this because we maintain a friendly relationship with Citypost but because it is just that. The company did not deserve this bad criticism.

::The worst post service in my whole life. They don't ring and when you call them for a second try and make an appointment, they don't come! Then I call again and have no answer and no solution. A complete disaster. Please note all bad reviews, they are not by chance !!

::Totally underground delivery service! Deliverer is too lazy to ring the receiver, write a "notification" and send it with the !!! Attention!!!! City post. No joke!!! Telephone number not available, mail is only issued on prior telephone registration! Creepy and unreasonable! Not recommendable!
