::Today I was with my son (2.5 years) in the clinic in Coe. He fell while playing and suffered a big bump that I wanted to have checked out. The staff was more than rude, if not outrageous. The first sentence of the lady at the registration in the ambulance was annoyed: "You have to wait a long time, but you already know that?", Next she was annoyed because my child didn't want to get off my arm and so I didn't I was able to pull out my insurance card within 10 seconds, but I wasn't allowed to drop it off anywhere. Then she sent us to the more than overcrowded waiting area without any information (but the main thing is that the father has to stand in front of the door -> Corona). If you don't feel like meeting people, let alone not have the minimum level of empathy, maybe you shouldn't look for a job in a hospital!

::My wife was admitted to the hospital on July 14, 21 at 8:00 p.m. with suspicion of bowel obstruction (severe bulging pain, vomiting). She asked the night nurse several times to give her pain medication. After more than an hour, at around 9:15 p.m., the drug was administered. Irresponsible approach, how can you tolerate such a thing. If possible, never again Christopherus Dülmen. What's going on there? That didn’t exist before. We are sad and shocked.

::One of the best hospitals in the entire Münsterland. This was the second time I was in the neurology department in Dülmen. 🏆🎖️🏆🎖️🏆🎖️🏆🎖️🏆 "Top" medical care Investigations 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 Here the patient is thoroughly examined so that a diagnosis could also be made, to then initiate therapy. That's exactly what a Doctor "can" must. (examine, recognize, evaluate, make diagnosis, initiate therapy). Therefor a 🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️ Friendliness on the ward 🏆🏆🏆🏆 Good. Cleanliness in the patient room 🏆🏆 (BAD) is definitely to be improved. Depends on which cleaner is doing her job. 🏆🏆🏆🏆 Medical hygiene available overall. All in all : 🏅🏆🏅🏆🏅🏆🏅🏆🏅🏆 I particularly liked that the patient is not a number, but that every person is unique. I cannot yet say whether the other departments are also like this.
