::Waiting time is horribly long !!! Also.. if this is the case, then please make the parking time also adjusted ... We have been waiting for 3 hours ... And the parking time is too short.... Should I leave my kid alone here so I can move my car? If I leave then I lose the order to see the doctors and spend even more time here... Is a race where no one wins...

::I mean I get its just a job for some but no eye contact. A total I don't care attitude from the staff. I felt like I was an annoyance for having stood in the line and registered a sick kid. I do speak german fluently so language was not a barrier. I get we all have bad days... when our kids are sick it is a bad day for us. But I wouldn't bother coming here again if you have the ability to choose drive the extra 15 minutes to go somewhere else.

::Staff there is OK but but you have tou wait there 5-6 hours for nothing,,, yes for nothing... Last time I was there with my son and after 5 hours she said if you can't wait you are free you can go home...

::From 7 until 11... I don't understand how a children's hospital in the region capital has no doctors in the emergency service. The helping staff was not competent too...
