The most unprofessional hospital I've ever been to. The doctor shouldn't work with children if she doesn't like children. I don't recommend this hospital, at least not in the children's department. Very bad attitude towards me. Instead of helping me solve my little girl's problem, she judged me as an incompetent parent. That was completely unprofessional. Only 1 star from me and never again!

I was in the sleep lab at the clinic that night. All the employees in the sleep laboratory are super super nice. You get everything explained and also help and tips on how to use the CPAP device. As a patient in this department you are taken seriously. I don't regret being here, even though I had to travel further. I still have one criticism of the hospital management. The parking situation during the day is underground on the premises. It's a miracle that some people don't fight over parking spaces. There is an urgent need for action here. Nevertheless, I give 5 stars because this has nothing to do with the evaluation of my stay on the station.

My recension is only for the Obstetrics Department, where I've had the problems. I feel very disappointed about my giving birth experience. We have agreed before going to give birth about some simple conditions, which were not been respected at all. First, I have asked about epidural anesthesia, because I already gave birth to one child, so I know my level of dealing with the pain. And they told me epidural is fine, no problem. After that, I have kindly asked to be helped only by a midwife or a female doctor. Not a male, because I don't feel confortable. I was told that this is a common "problem", a lot of women are asking for female doctor and since they have at least 2 doctors in the shift, it will not be a problem. I have asked about a single room, and I was told that if they will have one, it will be no problem, I only have to pay for it. Other things like breastfeeding, help during the labor and so on, and so on, I didn't thought that they would be a problem, so I haven't discussed about them. I only had trust, thinking that I am going to a German Hospital. What could go wrong?... What really happened in the night of giving birth have shocked me. The labor went good until dilatation 8, even if the pain was bad, I have had the trust that everything will finish fast and good. I was expecting for the anesthesia, like we have agreed, hoping that I will be able to manage better the pain. Instead of this, the midwife have informed me that she see no point in having the anesthesia, since I have dilatation 8 and anyway, the anesthesiologist doctors are in an operation and they can not come. The pain was big, I've started to loose the trust and I've blocked myself at this point, for 4 hours! 4 terrible hours during I couldn't moove because of the pain, I was left on a giving birth bed just to wait and agonize, and yell like an animal. I have begged for that anesthesia for 4 hours, since 2 o'clock in the morning until 6.30... At some point, I really really was afraid that I will loose my life trying to give birth, I didn't have any energie, any power, any positive thoughts, I have started to cry and repeat my first doughter's name, which is 3 years old and which I was afraid of leaving her alone in this life. During all this terrible experience, no one came, no anesthesiologist, no doctor, even the midwife have comed for short moments, just to check if something have changed and after that, she just left me there, agonizing. I have repeated her that we have had a agreement and I don't understand we they are leaving me like this, like an animal. And I have insisted that for me, this is the end. All this, with my last energy, like my last words, crying and begging... In 2019! In a modern hospital! Which assures everyone that they have the best conditions and a good team, ready to help you and support you through this important experience... Well... Since nothing have changed for more than 4 hours, I have received the promised anesthesia around 6.30 in the morning. Like a breath to life, this have helped me to manage the intense pain (everybody probably knows what it means to be at dilatation 8!!!; almost at the end of labour the pain is the biggest) and after this, I could give birth... But this was not the end!!! I haven't been told about the reason, but my baby, imediatly after being pulled out, just lost his air and his pulse! I suppose that the fetal stress was the reason. Even if I have resisted, he, the little one just couldn't take anymore. He was resuscitated and for our luck, he regained his life back and he was ok. But I have to mention that he was kept for 48 hours in the neonatologie reanimation department, where also they have done some things which I haven't been told or asked. He received repeatedly a pacifier, which I have insisted I don't agree, he received glucose instead of my milk, the baby have refused the breast for more than 2 weeks, we have left the hospital with candida... They didn't do the baby bath with the parents, they didn't do the hearing test during our staying in the hospital, for no reason.
