::ganz ehrlich: so einen professionellen laden findet man heutzutage immer seltener... ich mach's kurz: es lohnt sich hier kunde zu sein! klasse service, guter ton und vorbildliche kundenbetreuung. ich komme auf jeden fall wieder und kann W&D wirklich empfehlen!

::The guy was very nice and friendly but completely unprofessional. He sold me an Android double din radio which was apparently almost 3 years old technology (Android Auto was formally released on 19.3.2015 while other devices are sold today with Android 7.1 and octa core processor). and I could get a much better product for half the price if I would have done a research myself instead of trusting him. The reverse camera didn't work, so I had to ask him to fix it. The Android is an old version which does not completely compatible with my modern Android phone. The AUX cable and the USB connection where installed very ugly and unprofessional. After checking the front cameras software, I was surprised to find out that it doesn't support windows 10. I paid 1550 for everything and when I asked to take it off, he only agreed to return 620 euro back and he was so nasty to even charge me extra for the work of taking it off. of course I didn't want him to touch my car anymore after all the damage that he did. i paid someone else to take the equipment out of my car and pack it back in the original package. I came again with all packed as new and after a long and disrespectful argument he agree to pay me only 525 euro back which is 1/3 of what i paid him. If your car is important for you I would recommend you to make a good research first and choose someone else to do the work. I truly recommend you to stay away from this place. They took a lot of money from me and were completely unfair.
