  I am now waiting 2.5 hours for my food and it is still not there. I will definitely not order again here ... After almost 3.5 hours I called where my delivery was and then I was told the driver had screwed up the note for my order. I have never experienced so much incompetence all at once.

  An hour after the appointment there was still no pizza. When I call after half an hour "Order is ready, it's waiting for the driver" because I don't really want to know in what condition the pizza is arriving. An apology didn't come on the phone either. Staff shortage or not, that doesn't work. At least a message that it will take longer or an apology can be expected! Never again!!!!!

  Unfortunately you have to give a star because you have to give at least one. I also don't know how this company can get an average of 3 stars. I ordered the last time 3 months ago and the delivery took over 2 hours. At that time I received an answer from the owner with an apology and the promise that it will no longer happen. Today I made the effort to order here again. My order was 2 hours ago. And it just pisses me off. Every other supplier in MD manages to deliver in a reasonably reasonable time. Just not you. The bad thing is, I paid for the meal with PayPal and in the meantime didn't feel like waiting any longer and decided to eat something else. The money already paid. Of course I won't get it back. I can do without a new answer from you. You are by far the worst delivery service in MD.

  We waited 1h45, then the driver rings the bell and says that he has to change parking first. Then the pizza was almost cold and super wobbly. I will NEVER order there again !!
