  Incredibly lovely, courteous, friendly, open people who make life better for the guests here. Fantastic cakes (small selection of home-baked items) and great coffee (there are even pots with a nostalgic factor here). Absolutely recommended 🥰

  The cakes are all homemade and taste incredibly delicious. The owners of the café are very friendly and if you want to invite a friend or acquaintance for coffee, we really recommend it. Thank you for the great service and the delicious chocolate cake. You are great 😊

  Here are the best homemade cakes and pies you can eat. Anyone who is nearby is really missing out if they don't come here. The pieces are huge and absolutely delicious. The host is very, very friendly. I always enjoy coming here 😃😋🙃

  Today I was on the premium hiking trail P22 St. Ottilien from Eschenstruth. I became aware of this nice café via Google Maps, as the access road goes right past it. A stop on the way back was almost mandatory 😊 I ended my hike with a large, delicious piece of strawberry cake and equally delicious coffee and can only recommend it 100%! Although it wasn't a weekend, I had the choice of probably 5-6 different cakes/tarts, so there was something for every taste🤤 So if you like hiking or cycling - this is the perfect place for a break👍

  At Caféhaus Schmidt, the cakes and tarts are not only very tasty, but the portions are also great - see photo. The café is run with a lot of love and you can see that in the service. You can also order half portions if the pieces of cake are too big for you.
