::For me, I do not really get the hype. I guess those that lived in the GDR and could only dream of going in, enjoy it with a touch of nostalgia. I am not saying the decor isn't nice, it is. But if you ask me, it is really overpriced. The food and drinks are good, I wouldn't say amazing. An okay place to meet someone for a cup of coffee now and then but not everyday.

::The best cafe in Leipzig. The food and service are both excellent and amazing value for a reasonable price. Above all, the Art Deco interior is amazingly well preserved. Only wish I could be a regular here.

::If you don't like speciality coffee but rather standard German coffee this is your place (see picture: burned, ash-like taste and coarse foam). Breakfast is overpriced for the quality offered, luckily there are better alternatives for _Feinschmeckern_ in the city :)

::Good quality breakky. Place is quite busy and the atmosphere was nice. Problem was they didn't take our cards, which are international standards, even though they said we could pay by card when we first came in.

::A bit too expansive for the food you get. Most of the staff were very nice, but one of the waitresses was really not polite and unpleasant. They don't have menus in English
