However, I can assure you that there is probably a mix-up here, but it shows me that the inhospitable treatment in your ice cream parlor cannot be an isolated case for me. Let me tell you that I am a non-smoker and always have been. And while I'm at it ... two years ago, I was with you with my 3 small grandchildren, all of them under 8 years of age. The cafe was half empty. Nevertheless, we were left waiting for an order for a long time, the sundaes were brought in three stages with an interval of more than 10 minutes. Of course, because the little ones were getting restless, I lost a factual comment to your waitress. Unfortunately only irrelevant comments came back. Therefore, and also because I have become aware of even more negative reactions, I actually wanted to avoid your cafe in the future. Now I really do.
