::The studio is centrally located in the Dutch quarter and is therefore easy to reach. Both the studio / workout area / locker room and bathroom facilities are very clean and fairly new and modern. However, the key point to the studio's success is Chris. He always manages to motivate us to go beyond our limits and have a lot of fun at the same time. In contrast to the gym, I didn't have to come up with any excuses not to leave. A huge advantage is that you can train "freely" with the suit and not hang on to any cables. In addition, Chris always comes up with new exercises that fit us exactly and challenge us anew and does not just work off this general, well-known EMS scheme. If you want to see quick success and are fed up with unused fitness studio contracts, this is definitely the place for you!

::Everything was very clean and tidy, nice staff. Chris takes his time and answers all my questions openly and honestly. I can only recommend everyone to do a trial training here - it's worth it. Keep it up ... it's very central. The ambience is great, very nicely decorated ... 💪🏻 💪🏻 🏋️♂️🏋️🏋️♀️

::I have several attempts to operate in fitness centers, behind me and always failed because I had no desire at some point. I see it differently at C-Fit: the very personal training, coupled with the same wavelength in terms of humor, increases the motivation enormously. In addition, a training session lasts just 20 minutes, so I do not have to plan half an afternoon for a session. I was convinced directly during the free trial and will go through at least the next 18 months!
