  The rooms were not clean, the towels were not changed daily and the rooms are so old, there is no elevator so I had to carry my heavy luggage up and then down and checking out had to do the same, no Internet in my room for 3 days even though I complained, until they made me a temporary solution by putting a router outside my room, my colleague had them turn off the water while she was showering because a pipe burst in another room. Breakfast is the worst, coffee machine always not working and you have to take the filtered coffee, no options for breakfast and it's a one man show. The view is nice but not worth it, specially that there is nothing to do around at night, the hotel team goes to sleep and you can't order anything and no supermarkets around

  Nice hotel built around a historic castle tower on a hill. Friendly, helpful service , family run business. Excellent German food. Remarkable view from rooms and restaurant. Good, clean rooms.

  We were visting relatives in Germany . Beautiful place. Delicious food. Our relatives took us to this special place.Never forget the experience.from Canada .

  Wonderful place, good cuisine and beer. Rooms are clean and quite large. The staff is friendly and do everything to satisfy every request
