  Appointment is advantageous at the moment! Short waiting time. A little more friendliness from the staff would be desirable. A smile on the face has not done any harm and the customer feels more comfortable!

  Unfortunately, despite opening times, no one can be reached by phone, perhaps during Corona times you should consider using a telephone service to make appointments. Shops are open where hundreds come and go every day, but here we only work with appointments that you can only get over the phone ... if someone would answer 🤔

  I was registering our dog today. The staff were super nice and my request was dealt with very quickly.
