  I can't believe why I can't get my Holland bike into the elevator that leads to Berlin and Magdeburg. It is also not possible upright. There is also no sensible fairway to push the bike up and down. Don't think about it if you can't do that anymore under these circumstances. But in Burg you can design it that way, it doesn't matter so much, at least that's the impression the railway leaves on me. Thank you for reading.

  The platforms have an elevator and there is a drinks and snacks machine. However, despite the new construction, the elevators are so small that no adult bike will fit in them. The traveler must be able to fold, angle or stand upright the bike. All departure displays have been out of service since May 2020. Announcements about the incoming trains or about delays are mostly missing. There are no departure signals. There is also no guidance system for the blind. There is no toilet, not even in the vicinity. A weatherproof lounge is only available during the opening times of the local tourist information office.   The elevator can be used for every platform, good connection to Berlin and Magdeburg,
