::Unfortunately worn out after a short time. According to the manufacturer, it must be visibly worn by more than 2cm for a complaint. In order to process our complaint at all, we were requested to proceed as follows: Lift the 180x200cm mattress out of the bed, lay it flat on the floor and measure it with a spirit level and ruler, take photos and send them to Bruno. With us it is exactly 2cm and that without lying on the mattress, because then you sink into the buttocks area much deeper. Our complaint was therefore not accepted! I cannot recommend this mattress!

::We got our Bruno Bed ~ 3 weeks ago and are loving it. The boxspring bed (queen size) is incredibly comfortable! Assembly was very quick (less than 30 minutes). Would highly recommend to anyone that's looking for a high quality bed!

::It used to be a really good mattress, but the costs have probably been optimized and now the quality is down too. Tolerances in height or softness of +/- 10% are ok according to the manufacturer. Great with 2 mattresses if one deviates - 10% and the other + 10%. This makes cuddling difficult.

::Unfortunately, I have to advise against buying the box spring bed. After 1.5 years it is already very worn out on one side. Hidden somewhere deep in the terms and conditions (or on request from customer service) you get the feedback that the mattress must have a permanent deviation of 2 cm in order for it to be a guarantee case. 2 cm is a lot and restricts the lying comfort. What annoys me: My critical review is not published on the website. There is only a small selection of reviews. Long-term experiences are especially important. My rating (3 stars due to the above mentioned defects) is still not online after about 3 weeks. I can only conclude from this that the reviews are manipulated, are not representative, preferably positive reviews are published and / or long-term experiences are not desired.

::We are real Bruno fans! We have been sleeping on our Bruno box spring bed since December 2016, and we also already have the pillows and blankets and the Bruno fitted sheet. Now we wanted to look at the sofa bed and try it out. We really liked the showroom. A nice atmosphere, the Bruno employee took a lot of time for us and we received very friendly and competent advice! My questions about the structure and the materials used could all be answered. I also loved the large fabric samples! Now we're really looking forward to our new sofa :)
