::Absolutely useless. If you're a UK citizen and are in trouble in Germany (ie. stranded after having your passport stolen) don't even bother going to your own embassy for help or even advice. Wouldn't even *talk* to me unless it was through the bars of the main gate, and even then they said nothing other than "go to the website" and dismissed me entirely. Worst people.
