::Addendum: After a complaint about incorrect delivery of a parcel etc. Wrong information about the delivery was given to me with the next delivery - was probably the superior of the deliverer, the package (large, electrical device) popped right in front of me on the stairs! This spiteful behavior is simply unacceptable and unfriendly to the customer - somehow it looks like "revenge"! Will only use service providers as little as absolutely necessary.
