  Incompetent. I keep getting letters returned where the weight supposedly doesn't fit, even though they weigh my letters beforehand (and I check this with a reference weight), letters that are franked for up to 20g come back even though they only weigh 13g. Apparently the system has it if you read the other reviews here. Edit: Unfortunately still the case in 2023...

  Unfortunately I have to agree with the previous speakers. I've had letters returned several times now, even though they had the correct postage...

  I can only agree with the previous speakers. Lately I've been getting a lot of letters back because of alleged under-stamping, even though they were delivered to the post office and went through the slot in my presence. Just a note. I send a lot of these letters. Unfortunately, “the post office” is no longer the post office. The main thing is monopoly position!!!

  Parcels often stay here (at the last delivery station) for several days. I would drive the 5km there and get the package, but that's not allowed either. It's a shame that you're so dependent on Deutsche Post.
