::The bank recently changed its tariffs and I decided on one of the in-house tariffs, on the condition that the postage for the account statements was included. After all, we are talking about almost 15 euros a month and since account statements can no longer be drawn and online banking is far too complicated compared to other banks, I have the statements sent to me once a week. As it happened, postage is of course not included. Unfortunately, the employees don't really know anything and that's when my customer service representative came into play. I would have liked an apology for the fact that I was given incorrect advice and the information was simply not correct. It can happen, it's human. I didn't expect what came next! I have never been treated so condescendingly in my life and clearly labeled as a second class customer. Sorry, I've been a Volksbank customer since I was 14, service like this is subpar. If good Ms. T. isn't interested in regular customers, then maybe she should consider working somewhere else. But not in the bank, where she deals with customers every day. More than questionable and unprofessional.

::What a great shop… unfriendly employees, if you stand too close to the building the security woman will ask you to leave or step 2 meters away. It is acted as if the forecourt belongs to them. Anyone who goes to Volksbank has lost control of their life.

::I wanted to deposit money yesterday and the machine was broken. Today I went to Domsheide again and the machine is still broken. Is there actually anything being done on the weekend? The result will be that the account will be overdrawn. Today the machine will be available shortly. It rattles along for a bit, then a startup came along and then went out of operation again.
