::Poor attitude. Poor service. Can not even begin to describe the rudeness we experienced from the receptionist with tattoos. We asked if he could speak English to which he said wait a moment and rudely carried on doing what he was doing - however was happy to carry on conversing with other people walking in. Asked prices and he rudely gave us a leaflet and said they are all in there. It was in german which he clearly knew we did not understand. When we asked him a question he said read it again in a patronising manner. AVOID at all costs especially if you are a tourist, very unwelcoming. We left straight away.

::Really nice place! You can eat, drink, play and have a large group to have fun! The price is ok! So go and play some Bowling!

::Absolutely pathetic service, poor service and completely unreliable, booked our tickets well in advance and they seemed not to have any records at all... how preposterous can this be!!! An absolute outrage and I completely have a taste of disdain for this company and this supposed to be a leisure centre.... would highly not recommend due to the aggressive gestures and words spoken towards members of our party.... I hope this place makes sure they learn from their mistake and build on what they could have done to make this a better experience for us all....
