  While this store definitely has lots to offer, the staff is incredibly rude and impolite. I took a picture of a toy to ask a friend who is a big fun if they want to have it and I should buy it and the shop owner (?) attacked me like I committed the worst crime ever and kept attacking me even after I politely apologized twise (!). Just for a second, I am an adult woman who actually went there to spend money and not a school child who goes to such stores "for fun". We live in 21st century. Everything is digital. I wasn't taking a picture of a unique piece of art, it was just an ordinary toy. C'mon. This is my first one star review. I have never thought that I'd even have to write one. Shame. I will never go there again and will recommend against it to all of my friends.

  Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. In diesem Laden gibt es ein großes Sortiment von Sachen z.B. Comic Plakate/große Bilder bis zu würfel für pen and Paper

  Toller Ort, Nette Leute und Große Auswahl an Mangas😁. Was will ein Otaku mehr?

  Ich kann nur zum 1. Stock TCG, Pen & Paper etwas sagen. Der Chef dort ist in seinem Bereich klasse und sehr kompetent. Außerdem kann man mit ihm auch gut über alles aus diesem Bereich diskutieren und plaudern. Sehr angenehm. Kleiner Malus ist lediglich, dass dort nur 8 Plätze zum spielen sind, da der Laden oben nicht sehr groß ist. Die Preise sind außerdem sehr fair verglichen mit anderen TCG Läden in denen ich war. Kann ich nur empfehlen!
