::Whether it's about advice on the different types of paper or help with different pencil thicknesses - it's always there I give friendly and competent advice. Even grumpy customers were served in this way. It's nice that this shop has existed in Niederkassel for so many years!!!

::I can't understand the previous reviews at all! We have been living here in Niederkassel for 8 years now and since then we have been to the lottery shop or the post office several times a week. I didn't even notice that the ladies were unfriendly in any way, even grumpy customers are met with friendly words, wit and charm. Our child has always received very good and courteous service here. No matter whether lottery or post office - for us it is and remains our number 1 point of contact! Thank you Ms. Franzen!

::The majority of people working there (not just employees) are just horrible. Like a negative example from the textbook. Sultry, grumpy, arrogant and gossiping about customers while other customers can hear it. Fortunately, there are still alternatives in the area.

::Unfortunately, I've been a customer here since I was a child, but unfortunately there are often moments where I regret it. Niceness is a foreign concept here. Customer orientation too. The lady at the post office counter is a kind person. The other two have been cool and cold for years. I'm surprised that sales are still being generated here. But it's not too late to hone your character.
