::I’m lucky to live kind of near to this Biocompany location as I was told it’s one of the few if not the only one with bio products in bulk (zero waste, great bio quality and lower prices compared to other smaller stores). There is some reduction in the variety of products offered in bulk at the moment but given the Corona situation it’s great they didn’t just eliminate the option completely.

::They always have fresh vegetables and fruits. Also offer us various nuts, tea and bread. Especially this store have a lot of cosmetic related to bio certified. Not only the famous brand like veleda. If you need more various or specific brands I just suggest rossmans.

::Unfortunately, this was the closest Amazon pick up station to my hotel. When I went to get my packages this afternoon, I was sent to the meat counter; after waiting patiently while the butcher waited on the customers before me, I asked to pick up my packages. The butcher replied that he "had to do his job first" and looked at the 5 or 6 people BEHIND me. I replied that it was his job to give me the packages... he looked sheepish and then a moment later added that he had rung for backup help. But nonetheless, I had to wait while he waited on the customers behind me. When the bread lady came, she was pleasant and helpful, but I noticed an employee who appeared to be outside in the courtyard smoking. Yeck, worse it turned out to be the other butcher who relieved the one I had spoken to. 1. If they don't want to deal with packages, they should cancel their agreement with DHL and Amazon. 2. Don't let customers in an organic store see the employees, especially the butcher, smoking! As others as said, I'll just wander down the street a bit to the Altnatura food store where I feel more comfortable. Sorry.

::A paying customer should not be refused a glass of tap water. Especially when they are obviously 8 months pregnant. Shame on the service in this location!
