  Very clean room, also very clean bathroom. Large bed and very very warm blankets. Although pillows are a bit high and hard.

  The rooms were simple with no frills but clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to the station the location was good for our arrival by train and wasn't too far to walk to the zoo or the city centre. Breakfast was great with many homemade touches. Price was high but was a weekend with a high demand for the Christmas markets.

  Would not shift my booking when Deutsche Bahn strike occurred and would not provide support. When I called he first refused to speak English and said "this is Germany, we speak German". Unbelievable service from a hotel.

  This place is an incredible value, and should be highly rated by everybody who understands the cost of travel. Just steps from the train station, I was greeted warmly by Thomas at the front desk. He made me a fresh cup of coffee and gave me excellent directions for a walking tour in the morning. I asked for a room on the backside, and it was very quiet. The room was impeccably clean, there were two complementary bottles of water, and I slept very well. When I went downstairs in the morning, the ladies greeted me at the entrance to the café, asked me if I was having breakfast, and when I said, all I wanted was coffee, they could not be more accommodating. All in all a great experience, and I will look forward to returning.

  Conveniently located 5 minutes walk from Leipzig Central Station. You can buy anything you need at the station, making it a very convenient base for sightseeing. Also, since the exit is not on the downtown side, the surroundings are very quiet. The rooms are furnished in white and very stylish. However, in-room services are minimal, such as no safe. The staff was very helpful, even though my English and German are not very good. There is a nice bar, although I did not use it.
