::I was recently inpatient here for an operation and I generally have to say first that the nurses were really super nice and that the 3 stars were not the reason. What I found completely wrong is that in the end, the flow of communication was really under all cannon until I was fired. There was no after-op meeting at all, let alone seen the surgeon afterwards. Really not optimal. The food wasn't exactly a hit either, but after all, it's a hospital and not a hotel. Therefore unfortunately only 3 stars because of the really bad communication.

::I was here as a patient after a broken leg had to be treated again. At first, the many journeys (also due to Corona) were a bit cumbersome ... but it was definitely worth it. Not only that the doctors and the entire staff were absolutely friendly and competent, the small ward enables much more fluid processes. As a patient, you feel really in good hands. The well-timed rounds and treatments, the cleanliness on the ward were really first class. In this regard, I can only thank you again.

::Today my grandma had an appointment for an operation on the knee, because she had forgotten her crutches in the car, which was by the way right in front of the operations center, she was not only yelled at by the department head, but also yelled at. So that she came to my car crying to pick up the crutches. If this had been said in an appropriate tone, everything would be fine, but an elderly lady cannot be yelled at like that. Who knows how many (older) people it still happens, who could not defend themselves and had to swallow everything. Furthermore, she was put down by this employee (slim woman with short blond hair), as if the roar wasn't enough. One thing is clear, I'd rather go to an operations center on the other side of the world than this one. It's not even worth a star.
