  Tolles Zimmer, leckeres Essen. Nur der Service war sehr langsam mit den Getränken. Wir hatten jedes Mal schon das Essen vom Buffet aufgegessen, bevor das Getränk kam.

  Most of the staff are extremely friendly, especially the bar staff. The room was clean and the bed quite comfortable. The restaurant food, even taking into account that it is a hotel restaurant in Hamburg, was expensive, and was at best of mediocre quality. They do not enforce the no-smoking policy; for 4 nights of my 10 the hallways smelled from moderately to strongly of cigarette smoke, even after visiting the desk on night #2 about it. The breakfasts are your German standard (so: pretty good), but they only bring out new, small bottles of water every 20+ minutes, and asking for another yielded an oddly intense leer and a 7 minute wait. It'd be 4 stars except for the fact that one day some guy came into my hotel room at 2pm while I was sleeping between shifts, and when I woke up and saw him, he looked shocked and literally yelled at me to use the "red cart" (the do not disturb card) in German three times in a row before leaving and nearly slamming the door behind him. If you don't need to stay at this hotel due to its proximity to a nearby business, then I'd recommend staying somewhere else of a comparable price.

  War für Ein Seminar dort. Mein Zimmer war vorzüglich und sogar ein Pad mit Zeitungen war vorhanden. Surfen damit war natürlich auch möglich. Essen hervorragend. Gerne wieder und meine volle Empfehlung!

  Einwandfreies Hotel, wenn auch die Lage nicht zum abendlichen Spaziergang vor der Tür einlädt. Sehr nettes Personal, alles sauber, einen für Hotelverhältnisse sehr guten Fitnessraum, sehr gutes Frühstück. Ausreichend Parkplätze in der eigenen Garage. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit empfehlen.

  Hier war ich fünf Tage für eine Weiterbildung. Es ist alles sehr sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen sehr gut. Die Lage ist nicht ganz so schön. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist nicht so toll. Am Tage gibt es einen Bus, abends ist den nächste Haltestelle ca. 20 min Fußmarsch entfernt. Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttle Service mit vorheriger Anmeldung, diesen habe ich nicht genutzt.
