::This hotel does not honour its booking details. They claim there are tea/coffee facilities in room, consists of two coffee portions and two fruit tea bags - no milk or sugar and not enough tea & coffee. Add to this that if you want a coffee with milk you have to goi to reception and pay 3 Euros for it. They also claim to have a bistro available from 6.30 to midnight. Not true we were unable to get a meal on three of our six night stay. On one of these nights we got frozen pizza for 8.50 Euros. I booked a party of nine into this hotel due to its location and facilitities, especially the availability of evening meals, this left nine of us with no transport the option of the McDonaslds across the road. We were all dissapointed with the service and we all will take a good look at Best Western Hotels in the future with regard to what is and is not on offer at the hotel.
