  Please read carefully Vobis regulatoons in Germanu. It is a shame to refuse accommodation for transport personel WHO is in Germanu for less 24 hours. Few millage more and the people understand. Never more.

  Rude phone service and refusal to return money for a cancelled order due to Covid restrictions. Didn´t take names or dates. Would of been 4 rooms rebooked for next year plus others from the wedding group but will be looking elsewhere now. Original booking made in January 2020 before COVID hit. Request for cancelation and refund made in June 2020 but came to an agreement that rooms would be moved to this year (unbeknown to the costumers that they would be expected to pay at the end of their stay), no money refunded. Fast forward to May this year several attempts to reach hotel by e-mail were made and ignored. So we the daughter and Son-in-law made a couple of phone calls in which we went around in circles and the hotel said that booking.com had given a refund last year (they had not, also card statement showed that the money had gone direct to the hotel). So thinking that having my parents speak direct to the hotel instead of playing Chinese whispers would be easier I instructed my parents to phone direct. When my father phoned the lady at the other end was extremally abrupt with him and told him to write an e-mail (another to be ignored). When my husband and myself visited to clear up the matter staff put the blame everywhere but themselves and openly said that the hotel was closed last year and that they had received government funding. So exactly how many other costumers money did they also keep on top of the government bail out is the question? Travel ban may of been lifted as of mid-June 2021 but with Delta variant and others still circulating it would be irresponsible to hold a wedding bring 80+ people from 4 different countries together to celebrate. I would love to see my family having not seen them for 1 and a half years but I value their health and that of the locals here. Better to be safe than sorry.

  Very poor, rooms are ok but the garden is like deep rainforest....
