  Late check-in ca. 9pm had consequences: cold room (opened windows - outside 7degC, heating after 9pm reduced), room not prepared. No possibility to claim or change, as no staff available. No support. Rooms very noisy, you can hear every word said from outside and cars. Terrible experience for someone during business trip who need to relaxed start next hard day. Full dissatisfied. Not expected from BW so poor service.

  It was not a bad experience but I wish they installed aircon since the German summer could be very hot. Our room had afternoon sun and was very stuffy when we arrived in the afternoon. There is a fan and in the night temperature went down so it was ok. When the counter is closed on Sunday, you only can use the basement door. Breakfast was good. 12 euro for each person. They have a car park. You can walk to the city center.

  Many years ago we were stationed in Pirmasens Germany, although the military base has long since closed, Pirmasens has always remained dear to our hearts. This year, we returned and stayed at the Best Western Hotel, in Pirmasens. It was a GREAT experience! Each staff member was extremely professional, accommodating and friendly! Staff member Dirk, went above and beyond all expectations in helpfulness. Thank you Mr. Dirk! The morning breakfast buffet was plentiful and impressive! I highly recommend the Best Western Hotel in Pirmasens Germany! The bedroom was amazingly comfortable, with separate living room and modern bathroom, with heated towel rack.

  Was a perfect little town for a pit stop hotel and staff were so attentive made you fee at ease. Was all round lovely. If ever around the area again ill be sure to stop off again. Even stayed an extra night. Thank every one at best western you were all great. :)
