::Clean, modern, pleasant-looking practice with friendly staff. In most cases the waiting time is 2-10 minutes, only during rush hour you have to wait a little longer, but not more than 40 minutes. At the beginning of the braces installation I had no doubt that they would watch me here until the end, and I was right, here they will do everything to make you comfortable and not in pain.

::Great staff, short waiting times and a lot of time for the patients! A very big compliment and thank you goes to Dr Billen! After years of being afraid of the dentist, he quickly took away my fear and I now even enjoy coming! I can highly recommend it!

::If you're in pain and don't have an appointment, you're better off going somewhere else. I then preferred to leave the practice after a short wait and go to a more competent practice around the corner on Bahnhofstrasse, as the doctor preferred to bridge his treatment-free time until the next appointment 5 minutes later and it came straight away, even though I had just forgotten my medication at home, so he didn't even bother to do it for 1-2 minutes. The black-haired receptionist was also very arrogant and snooty. They are probably billing for another treatment using the previously swiped card, I will have to find out about that from the KK soon....

::Great practice and competent dentists. I trust the assessments and am very satisfied with the treatments. I would particularly like to praise the great practice team. Even when there is more going on, everyone is very accommodating, happy to help and remains friendly. The waiting times are okay, but could be optimized.
