  The employees Hackescher Markt 4, 10178 Berlin, seems too lazy, too tired or very sad. No empathy at all with customer. So often I go there, the face I see is from someone that feels annoying by customers which makes them to stand up from their chairs. Maybe he needs holidays. They may need! Always trying to push clients for online banking. Dont you understand that some people simple just don't like online transactions? I am client of other German banks in Berlin, which does provide supporting and letters in English. When I asked the information why I am paying for every single transaction: The answer was: you have been informed by letter and had 3 months to change your type account. So, if I have to show all my letters (private information) to Lawyers or anyone in order to fully understanding what Sparkasse send me, I believe there is NO POINT in have account in this Bank. The option I have is to cancel my account?? Because I am in Deutschland du muss deutsch sprechen? Ok! I advise all my followers friends which come to Germany to not open account at Sparkasse, unless you are willing to open your privacy, and until you don't fully understand German, you must show your account letters from a bank to someone translate. I had this account mainly to pay my rent, to try the system, to check the fees and consider on future as my main account. After check what I am paying, I found it devastating, unrealistic what I must pay for EVERY TRANSACTION I MAKE. Followers, Facebook, Brazilian friends and community be aware. Best Regards
