  BBBank was once a consumer-oriented bank. I have been loyal to this bank for over 30 years, even though it was not represented in every city. It was cheap and unspectacular. Until times changed and the heads of the bank gradually changed the service. There were fees that you were happy to accept because you stood by your bank. But today, if you want to ask something, change something, expand it, you need an appointment, online. It's like going to the doctor weeks or months later. It is sometimes canceled up to 2 times, with no replacement suggestions. This bank has lost its individuality and has saved its staff to death. Little things become important deadlines. Nevertheless, the friendly Mr. Pop tells me that the bank has a decent amount of traffic, mostly from direct banking. Of course, these new customers have no experience with BBBank. I draw a line in the sand and change banks, too many breakdowns and annoyed teller employees. There are still good banks in the area. ADIEU!

  As always, we are very satisfied with the processing via "message" (online) to the clerk. The order was completed immediately, immediately on the next working day, to our complete satisfaction.   The branch looks totally modern after renovation. The consultants are very reliable. I can reach someone via email at any time.

  I am very dissatisfied. No customer service, no bank statement printer, no telephone contact possible, personal contact almost only by appointment. As if we weren't already pressed into a schedule enough. After 25 years I will change banks
