::The two stars are there because we were served very friendly. Three stars are missing because we didn't get any further with our request. We wanted to open a partner salary account this morning, i.e. two salaries go into it. After we had no luck at Commerzbank (see experience report), we wanted to try BBBank. Just to wipe out the Commerzbank, we would have accepted annual fees of € 11.95 for the girocard, monthly account management fees of € 2.95, annual fee of € 18 for credit card, etc. But here too, an appointment must be made to open an account. Today and tomorrow there would be nothing to be done. Here, too, during the time we were there, we were the only customers. Two employees stood in the room and had quiet time to chat with each other from entering the branch until we left. I'm just saying: Who doesn't want has already. The banks are still doing too well. As for a partner salary account, we will now consider something else. Definitely something where we don't have to go to any branch anymore.
